How long does it take to receive my order? ▾

We offer standard delivery. Depending on your location, orders typically take 3-5 working days to arrive.

Can I pick up my order at your store? ▾

Absolutely! During checkout, simply select the "Pick up in-store" option, and we’ll have your order ready for collection at Sprint Gurney Paragon in Penang.

How can I track my order? ▾

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order on time? ▾

Deliveries during peak season can sometimes be delayed. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team at support@sprintmyofficial.com or call 04-299 8758 and we will do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally? ▾

No, we only ship within Malaysia.

How do I choose my footwear size? ▾

The most accurate way to determine your footwear size is to measure the length of your foot by centimetres. Please refer to our size charts for guidance on footwear sizes.

How do I return or exchange an item? ▾

We do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 14 days. Email us at support@sprintmyofficial.com with product images and reason for your exchange and we will send you return instructions. The item must be in unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Can I change my order after placing it? ▾

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify it. Kindly confirm all details before placing an order.
